Refund Policy

At PitchDeckKits, we stand behind every template we sell. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available for our digital products.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
• You purchased the product directly from pitchdeckkits.site.
• You contact us using the email address associated with your purchase.

You do not need to provide a reason, though we welcome any feedback that helps us improve our products.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

1. Email support@pitchdeckkits.site with the subject line “Refund Request.”
2. Include your full name, the email address used at checkout, and your order reference number (found in your confirmation email).
3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 1–2 business days.

Alternatively, use the Contact page and select “Refund request” as the subject.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, please allow:

• 1–3 business days for us to process and approve the refund.
• 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot redirect refunds to a different payment method or bank account.

4. Circumstances Outside Our Standard Refund Policy

While we honour all eligible refund requests, the following fall outside our standard refund policy:

• Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date.
• Products purchased through third-party platforms or resellers (not directly from pitchdeckkits.site).
• Repeat refund requests for the same product purchased multiple times by the same customer.
• Cases where we have reasonable evidence of policy abuse or fraud.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to purchased products and may affect future purchases from PitchDeckKits.

6. Product Access After a Refund

Upon issuing a refund, your licence to use the purchased digital product is revoked. You agree to delete all copies of the template files from your devices and any cloud storage services.
